Neon Leviathan does not collect personal data, does not use analytics or tracking, and does not transmit gameplay to MDRN. This page lists what stays on your device and what Apple handles for us.
Neon Leviathan does not collect, sell, rent, or share personal data. The game does not require an account, does not use analytics, does not track users, and does not include advertising or third-party SDKs.
MDRN Corporation does not collect personal information through Neon Leviathan. The game has no backend account system and does not transmit gameplay, telemetry, choices, or career history to MDRN or any third party.
Neon Leviathan stores your career save — including ship, crew, journal, memorial, ledger, achievements, and obsession score — locally on your device. This save remains on your device and is not transmitted to MDRN. Deleting the app removes the save.
Neon Leviathan offers a single non-consumable in-app purchase, Full Voyage Unlock, priced at $6.99 USD. The purchase opens the remainder of the campaign, deeper whaling grounds, additional boats and equipment, more dangerous whales, and the full Leviathan chase.
Purchase processing, restoration, and receipt validation are handled by Apple through the App Store. MDRN receives only the anonymized entitlement signal required to unlock the content on your device. MDRN does not receive your Apple ID, payment information, or billing address.
The Full Voyage Unlock is a one-time purchase. There are no consumable purchases, currencies, energy timers, subscriptions, or repeat purchases of any kind.
Neon Leviathan does not request microphone, camera, location, contacts, photo library, Bluetooth, local network, motion, or notification permissions. The game uses haptic feedback through the standard system API, which does not require permission.
Neon Leviathan does not require an internet connection to play. The game does not load remote content, advertisements, leaderboards, or user-generated content. The only outbound network activity is the App Store transaction handled by Apple when purchasing or restoring the Full Voyage Unlock.
Neon Leviathan is rated 17+ for mature themes including historical violence, on-page crew death, debt and economic pressure, and depictions of psychological obsession. No graphic imagery, gambling mechanics, user-generated content, chat features, or unrestricted web access is present.
Neon Leviathan is not designed or marketed for children. MDRN does not knowingly collect information from children. The game is rated 17+ on the App Store.
If Neon Leviathan's privacy practices change, MDRN will update this policy and revise the effective date above.
