Privacy Policy

Summary

Avant Garde by MDRN is designed as a private Mac writing workspace. The initial Mac release does not require an account, does not include advertising, does not use tracking, and does not include analytics SDKs.

Manuscripts and Documents

Your manuscripts, chapters, prompt vault entries, and book metadata are stored locally on your Mac or in files you choose to create, import, export, or move. MDRN Corporation does not collect or host your manuscripts through Avant Garde.

Optional API Keys

Avant Garde includes optional fields for user-provided API keys. These keys are stored locally using macOS Keychain. Do not send API keys, manuscripts, or private account credentials in support emails.

Files and Permissions

Avant Garde may ask you to select files for import or export. File access is used to complete the action you request, such as opening a manuscript or saving an exported file.

Children

Avant Garde does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users.
